My name’s Ash and, alongside shooting actual weddings, I actually offer same day wedding day content creation too!

I’m here to help you capture the fun moments, the real moments, the BTS moments, and all the hilarious in-between moments that a traditional wedding photographer/videographer might miss.

QUICK CAPTURE

Perfect for the couple who wants the coverage without having to commit to a full day, this QUICK CAPTURE package is great for those wanting to snap the basics while still having some space for themselves.

  • We start off with a welcome discovery call to chat mission, vision, end goals, and more. Here’s wherre we go over your itinerary, come up with a. shot list, and chat any trending themes/sounds/styles you’re hoping to roll with.

  • Onsite coverage for up to 8 whole hours - this can include (but doesn’t have to) getting ready moments, ceremony moments, reception moments, and anything in between.

  • Absolutely unlimited photos/videos of your special day. Trust when I say I love capturing content as much as you love receiving it, so there’s no cap as to how much I’ll take on a day. If I’m there for the moment, I’ll find a way to capture it for you!

  • Full data transfer at the end of the night - that’s right - you get all the raw footage OF your wedding AT your weeding!

PACKAGE STARTS AT $1200

BACK UP BESTIE

Encompassing absolutely everything from QUICK CAPTURE, this buffed out package adds an extra 4 whole hours to your capture time (placing me on site for up to 12 whole hours!).

  • This package also includes up to 5 edited reels delivered within 24 hours (perfect for TikTok or IG)

  • It also includes recorded voice notes of your speeches (perfect to include as a voice over for those reels)

  • Edited photos. Have a fave 20 social photos that you’d love to see enhanced? Well I’m happy to do the job and deliver them back to you within 24hrs.

  • Available locally within the GTA, outside of the city, as well as internationally

BUILT IN PAPARAZZI

This is for those who don’t want a moment missed. encompassing up to 12 whole hours, I’m here from day to night & top to bottom to be your deluxe wedding content creator.

  • This package includes everything that that BACK UP BESTIE package does but also includes personalized video recordings and/or voice notes from your guests, family, & friends, an instagram takeover with next day stories (so I can post all directly to your own stories without you having to worry about a thing), and, if you want, an IG Live to take place while your weddings actually happening!

Worried about going over your allotted amount of time? No stress! I’m happy to add on additional hours at $100/hr should the event go over.

- While I’m based out of Toronto, I’m happy to shoot absolutely anywhere in the world. If the wedding happens to be outside the GTA though travel and accommodation fees may apply.

1.What the heck is a “day of content creator”?!

As a day of content creator I’m here to help you have a great time, make sure everything you want gets captured, and make sure you leave with a whole shlew of content in your hands on the actual day of your event!

Think of me like your digital BFF entrusted with capturing all the fun, energy, and vibes so that you, your guests, and your wedding party can focus on just being present and having a fabulous time.

Before the wedding we go over absolutely everything where we chat goals - Ex. “Hey Ash, I really want videos of Great Aunt Merle dancing!”, styles - “I really love this trending sound, think we can create something to it?” and vibes “I’m really hoping for things to be super candid, any chance you can make it feel like you’re an incognito guests?”. I work with you to ensure we’re on the exact same page so that your wedding day content can be all you hoped for (and more!). :)

If you know what you’re looking for, fab, we can totally roll with that, but, if you’re still unsure or open to new ideas I’m thrilled to offer suggestions and show examples of fun things we can recreate!

When the wedding comes around I’ll be bopping around with you everywhere you go to make sure that every little moment gets captured in a fun and engaging way.

2. What do you shoot on?

While I definitely do have a whole shlew of great cameras for my proper wedding photography, when it comes to content creation I actually shoot absolutely all of it on my iphone 14 Pro! It makes capturing the exact content you want the way you want it wayyyy easier and it really simplifies the transfer process at the end of the night.

I can airdrop all the footage to you or make a shared dropbox folder with it all and it’s all instantly yours to discover :)

3. How does an IG takeover work?

Once we have all the footage captured it’s time to get it out there!

The thing is, that normally takes time, and when you’ve just gotten married you’re often not super keen to be spending all that time on your phone uploading and posting it all. That’s where I come in!

While you’re off relaxing soaking in your honeymoon (or simply recovering from your big day), I’m here sifting through the content we got, selecting the best, splicing them together, and posting on your behalf! We can work on coming up with captions together or I can go rogue and come up with something great that I think goes with you and what we have - either way the post and digital voice will be all yours, so it will look and feel like you - just without you having to do the digital leg work.

It’s super fun because you get to relive your special day like an instant play back along with your friends, family, and followers. This package is extra great if there were certain guests who couldn’t be there that you’d still love to share the day with. Whether it’s long lost relatives or old roommates from University, this is a great way to extend the invitation digitally so that everyone can feel like they got the chance to celebrate with you.

4. What about if I already hired a photographer/videographer?

The more the merrier honestly! As a professional videographer/photographer myself I know the dance well and love being able to collaborate with the team on this really unique digital front. The way I see it, the more specialists we have the more we can each focus on what we do best - ensuring you get the absolute best quality of service from each of us at all times.

I’ll never step on toes, always read the room, and love to collaborate in all the best ways with every member of your team - so think of me like an extended arm with a very unique and separate goal rather a standard second shooter.

5. Do you edit the content you capture?

Noperoos. Because this type of service focuses on the “instant” nature of the day, all photos and videos are delivered to you as shot and unedited. This is great because it means you can do whatever you like with them - you simply get a giant file dump to your phone (or computer) that very same day, and you can do absolutely anything you want with them, instantly!

Delivering all the raw content also puts a lot more power in your hands, no content gatekeeping here, you get it ALL!
